WHAT IS CROSSFIT
CrossFit is defined as strength and conditioning training programme. Constantly varied movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CROSSFIT?

They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance (Fitness) Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
WILL CROSSFIT HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT ?
An average CrossFit workout can burn between 400 and 700 calories.
If you are eating in a caloric deficit, YES CrossFit can certainly help you lose weight.
We offer FREE to all our clients monthly weight loss advice, cookbooks, nutrition guides and commercial eating guides, helping you make the best possible dietary choices.
IS CROSSFIT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Absolutely! CrossFit is Suitable for all individuals from total beginner, some exercise experience to developing athletes.
Workouts may be adapted for people at any age and any level of fitness.
All exercises can be regressed and progressing to meet the needs of the individual.
HOW MUCH IS IT?

You can start doing one session a week from £10.
The more sessions you do per week the cheaper the session price becomes.

HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I DO PER WEEK?
This depends on your experience and fitness level.
If you are a total beginner start with 1 or 2 per week. Resting 1 to 2 days between your training sessions.
If you have some experience with training then go for 2-4 per week.
