I opened DR Results Personal Training & Small Group 4 years ago.
During this time I made the switch to training CrossFit. I was becoming very bored with my current strength/ bodybuilding training. CrossFit gave me something new and exciting to focus on.

CrossFit workouts are all about training together as a community and encouraging each other. You always work harder together and it’s way more fun to train with like-minded people.

I have never looked back, this is what led me to join the CrossFit community becoming an affiliate.

Until 2008 Michelle was a confirmed lifelong couch potato and 3 stone heavier. Inspired by watching her husband complete Double Ironman, Michelle learnt to run, front crawl and dug her bike out to complete her first, novice supersprint triathlon. 2 years later in 2010, aged 39, Michelle completed her first full Ironman in Germany and did Ironman Austria in 2011. Michelle did her levels 1, 2 and 3 British Triathlon coaching qualifications and coached swim, bike and run until she retired from the sport.

In 2018, aged 47, she followed her husband into CrossFit and despite her early reservations she wasn’t fit enough or strong enough, she became hooked as she loved the variety and challenging herself to learn new skills and to go faster, harder and heavier! Michelle completed her CF-L1 qualification in 2022 and her CF-L2 in 2023 and loves coaching and helping others to enjoy CrossFit, acquire new skills and be a better, healthier version of themselves. Michelle particularly likes CrossFit as it is infinitely scaleable meaning anyone can do it as all movements can be modified to suit everyone whatever their age, shape, size or ability/disability – “CrossFit is not for everyone, but it is for anyone”. Michelle is CrossFit Cassiobury’s Kids Coach and is passionate about getting the future generation to have fun and enjoy moving their bodies well using CrossFit methodology.

I stumbled into CrossFit 6 years ago after seeing someone doing HSPU’s on Instagram. I was instantly hooked and have never looked back. My favourite things are all things gymnasty, handstands, pull ups and ttb. Also partial to a dumbbell workout!

Love helping people achieve things they never dreamed they could do ❤️
